Sony was the main driving force in developing Blu-ray. Just because corporations have joined the board doesn't mean they own it. Apple is listed, but tell me if you have ever heard of them using Blu-ray in one of their macbooks? No.
All I'm saying is that just because MS now owns Skype, doesn't mean they won't license it out to Sony...just as it doesn't mean Sony wouldn't not license out Blu-ray to MS.

But on a serious note, I fail to see how an app that's on virtually every Tv, phone and Blu-ray player can be a killer app.
This is fake for one simple reason. Sony has learned from early PS3 marketing mistakes. They have shown that they realize humor sells and bizarre and edgy does not. They tried that and it failed. PS3 sales finally took off when they realized this and switched to Kevin Butler and humor related commercials. They would not make the same mistake twice.
In the second paragraph he says "the gameplay is solid", then in the last paragraph he says "watered-down generic gameplay".
WTF? Either this reviewer is bi-polar or he didn't play the game and is basing his story on other peoples reviews. Either way, he lends that website no credibility.
I think it's going to be Michael Biehn. He's the one who we thought we were playing from the very beginning because his likeness was portrayed on the front of Metal Gear for NES.
He's also an actor and has voiced video games.
But you know what word we PlayStation fans love? "Diverse". PlayStation is, indeed, that. It has something for every group of gamer.

This is one of the dumbest, most ignorant things I've read on here in awhile. You're an alleged gamer, yet you totally disregard a game because another game which carries the same name, is so good?
With that being said, I'm not saying this game is good. It will probably not be very good at all. But your reasoning still doesn't make sense.
If you play COD a lot, then you will be using this uploading feature regularly to showcase unfair laggy deaths and awesome kills. But, mostly unfair laggy deaths.

Because Sony has the rights to produce the only first party MLB licensed game for the forseeable future, effectively, denying Microsoft the ability to make one. Unlike how EA has a monopoly with NFL rights, at least Sony configured their deal with MLB to allow third party developers to be able to make MLB games for any console. Sony cares about the gamers, not so much about Microsoft.

BULLSHIT. They did NOT give us PS3 owners 50% off because we had to wait. They gave 50% off to 360 owners as well.
You'll never make me believe that Bethesda miraculously figured out the "problems" with the DLC content for PS3 as soon as they had released all three on the 360. What a coincidence. For that reason alone, I will not be giving them anymore of my money. If I ever do own the DLC, it'll be because I bought it secondhand.
This is what pisses me off about developers. Every time there is a new generation of systems, they always "go back to basics". They give us better graphics, but as far as features go, they start over so they will have an excuse to sell the same game the next next year with some upgrades. Every game does it. That WAS one of the AR's that got nerfed. If you are using a FAL + Select fire, this latest patch increased the recoil a lot. It was awesome before that. Now, not so much.
I guarantee the blurred black box is not the PS4. Just used that for the tease.
